This Free Membership Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your ("Member") access to and use of the R.A.R.E. Support Network ("Network"), operated by JLH Legacy, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering as a free member, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

• Membership is open to individuals, healthcare providers, and community businesses.
• Members must be at least 18 years of age.
• Membership is non-transferable and intended for personal use within the Network.

2. Privacy and Data Collection

2.1 Data Collection

• We do not require or collect private health information protected under HIPAA regulations.
• Basic personal information may be collected during registration for membership administration and communication purposes.

2.2 Member Obligations

• Members agree not to share sensitive personal health information within the Network’s public areas.
• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Access to Services and Resources

3.1 Membership Benefits

• Free membership provides access to our directory of approved providers, resources, and community support discussions.
• Members can participate in community events and access wellness-related content.

3.2 Limitations

• Membership does not guarantee funding, service approval, or eligibility for assistance from the R.A.R.E. Fund.
• Members may apply for R.A.R.E. Fund assistance, which is subject to availability and specific eligibility criteria.

4. Community Standards and Conduct

4.1 Respectful Engagement

• Members must engage respectfully and supportively in all Network discussions and interactions.
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Compliance with Guidelines

• Members agree to follow all community guidelines and policies as outlined by the Network.
• Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership without prior notice.

5. Limitations and Disclaimer

5.1 Information Accuracy

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by other members or third-party providers.

5.2 No Endorsement

• Membership does not imply endorsement or guarantee of specific providers or services listed in the directory.

5.3 Liability

• The Network is not liable for any interactions or services facilitated through its platform.
• Members assume full responsibility for their interactions with other members and providers.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

6.1 Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of any significant changes through email or platform notifications.

6.2 Acceptance of Changes

• Continued membership after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination of Membership

7.1 Member Initiated Termination

• Members may cancel their free membership at any time through their account settings.

7.2 Network Initiated Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any membership that violates these terms or community guidelines.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By registering as a free member of the R.A.R.E. Support Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
